Electrical work at high voltage is licensed work. Under the Telangana State Electrical Licensing Regulations, 2018, only a Grade A licensed contractor may undertake extra high voltage, high voltage, medium voltage and low voltage installations. That licence is also what allows the contractor to submit drawings to the Electrical Inspectorate and to issue the Completion and Test Report your installation needs before it can be energised. Choosing a contractor without the correct grade of licence does not just affect workmanship, it stops your building from being charged.

We take on electrical contracting projects across Hyderabad, Secunderabad and the wider Telangana region, with registered and regional offices in Dammaiguda and Mahesh Nagar.
Under the Telangana State Electrical Licensing Regulations, 2018, licences are issued in Grade A and Grade B. Grade A contractors are eligible to take up extra high voltage, high voltage, medium voltage and low voltage electrical installation work, subject to the strength of their supervisor permits. Grade B is limited to low and medium voltage work within specified load limits.
It is decided by contracted load. LT tariffs generally apply up to 56 kW (75 HP) for most categories, with relaxations for certain industrial categories. Above the applicable threshold the connection moves to HT and requires a consumer substation at 11 kV or 33 kV. Our guide to the HT and LT threshold explains how the category is determined.
Yes. We prepare and submit Electrical Inspectorate drawings, coordinate with the distribution licensee TGSPDCL (formerly TSSPDCL), and issue the Completion and Test Report documentation required before an installation can be energised. See our guides to the TGSPDCL HT connection process and CEIG approval.
Commercial and IT buildings, healthcare facilities, industrial and manufacturing plants, gated residential communities and villa projects, hospitality and retail. Our completed work includes the KIMSHEALTH hospital project and the Regent Sales Office project in Hyderabad.
